  1. ( 5/2+2/10) -2(1/4)

    25/10 +2/10 -1/2

    27/10 - 5/10

    22/10

    2 2/10

    2 1/5

  2. 50/20 + 4/20 - 10/20 =44/20=11/5

  3. Sorry if im wrong but i think:

    =( 50/20+4/20 ) - 1/2

    =  54/20 -  10/20

    =  44/20

    =  11/5

  4. start with whats in parenthesis then work left to right, like u read.

    (5/2+2/10) do this section first. 5/2=2.5     2/10=.2    2.5+.2=2.7

    so (5/2+2/10) = 2.7

now do the second parenthesis (1/4)    1/4= .25

    so (1/4) =.25

    now it looks like (2.7)-2(.25)

when numbers are next 2 each other like that, it means to times them.

    so 2.7 times -2 times .25 = -1.3

    there u go!

  5. [(5*5)/5*2 +2/10]-2(1/4)

    [25/10+2/10]-2/4

    27/10-1/2

    27/10-(5*1)/(5*2)

    (27-5)/10

    22/10

    11/5

    2.2

  6. 27/10 - 1/2 = 27/10 - 5/10 = 22/10 = 2 1/5.
