How do u start from drawing Orthographic to Isometric?

There's the top, and side elevations. Most of the time, where do u guys start drawing? The top or the sides?

How do u picture the drawing? I seriously need help, i don't know how to look at them: (

  2. I start with the top, but you have to look at both at the same time at first is hard to see but you will get it if you keep trying.

    for basic you can start with lowest point on horizontal plane and build front or side,depending on objects, three dimensional shapes,

    also the front or side, and left and right, view point of a house or car, may determine what lines from ground up are priority,

    also the viewpoint on x,y,z, axis may be starting point if objects don't start on planes,
