How do u start up a yamaha 700cc wave venture?

i don't see the water hose adapter on the engine, please help

you put the lanyard under the clip thingy and push the green "start" button...assuming everything is hooked up, it should crank...although it is a yamaha soo starting is never a guarantee...

It's not on the engine.  Remove the forward seat.  On the hull area just in front of the rear seat (the area that would have been covered had the forward seat been on) there is a hole where you connect the water hose adapter.  Hook up the hose, turn on the water, and start the engine.  It's no big deal to start the engine for a few seconds without the water.
