How do u stop biting your nails?

its sucha bad habit, i have to stop

I had the same problem there are different things you can do.

give 25 cents to someone everytime they catch u biting your nails.

(it works because you dont wanna give up the $$)

or

you can paint them.

or

you can put chili on them (if you dont like spicy foods)

or

you can put lemon juice on them!!!
