How do u stop eating sweets and sugar foods?

these past 3 days i been eating more sweets than foods

and im tryin to eat 3 meals a day

butt

i been

doin this for some reason

i eat breakfast

at 9

than like 12 some snacks like chocolate milk or cookies

than 3 a meal

than snacks

than dinner

im 15

how to get food cravings cause im bored?

  1. It takes about 3 weeks to get used to not having sugary stuff.  Just tough it out and then you will start not to miss it.  Also, plan ahead for other snacks and have the stuff prepared and with you.  If it is there and ready, you won't be tempted to go for the easier sugary stuff.


  2. The only way a drug addict can stop an addiction after 21 days is to immune your self of the environment.  Your brain creates new neuronets on a 21 day cycle.  To cure any viruses in your brain, remember you are the brain programmer !

    I grew up as a sugar addict. My parents had no idea.  I had so many symptoms of a sugar addict, my parents were more addicts than me,  The generation before us was uneducated !

    Today we are waking up as gods and discovering that we are greater than our addiction after all.

Hey, I'm 15 and this summer vacation i dunno why but i've been eating alot of sweets and sugary stuff, I mean i used to eat like a chocolate every 2-3 weeks when it was winter but now its summer and i've alot of sweet cravings, specially ice-cream from BR, so in summer i gain weight but lose more in winter, balanced, so in summer i eat alot of sweets dunno why and i tried everything from drinking alot of water to eating fruits instead but nothing works, maybe cuz we're 15?!

  5. Get yourself a large bottle of water and take drinks from it constantly throughout the day. Instead of having cookies or goodies around the house have fruit sliced up and put in containers in the refrigerator  or figure out how to make low calorie desserts and put part of it in the freezer. Keeping busy with projects or hobbies keeps your mind off of food.  I'm a person who likes to try all the unusual fruits and vegetables I see in the store. Ive found quite a few I've really liked and their even good for me, so be brave and pick out some of those unusual and strange looking fruits and vegetables and try them !! : )

  6. If you want to stop eating all the sweets and sugary stuff, here's what

    you can do.  

    1.  Limit the amount of sweets that you take in.

    2.  Everytime you grab some cookies or candy, take a piece of fruit

         instead.

    3.  Cut up some celery & carrots sticks & snack on them during the

         day.

    4.  Start drinking more water.

    5.  Start doing things outdoors like swimming.

    6.  If you want something kinda sweet wait until bedtime and limit

         how much you eat.
