Ok so im 13 and i need to go on a diet. i do good until about mid-day i get really hungry and i just start eating everything in sight!!! and so ppl might look at this and think ur 13 why would you want to lose weight?? Well trust me cause i need to. And don't think im going to do some eating disease cause im not going to. So if there are any tips u could give about how to keep the hunger away please help me!!!
