How do u swim with silicone ear plugs and do flip turns with out the ear plugs coming out?

iam not supposed to get water in my ears, and iam on a competitive swim team, i have tried different types of ear plugs but the silicone ones work the best, but they kepp falling out when i flip turn or go off the blocks. they also get pushed out with my cap and goggles. any suggestions?????

Try an ear band:

That's what a friend wore (over the top of silicone plugs) when he had a broken ear drum.

I have the same problem. Go to your ear, nose, and throat doctor. Ask him about form fitted ear plugs. They get a mold of your ear, and fit in perfectly. I've had mine for three years and haven't had swimmer's ear since. They are about 100 dollars, but so beyond worth it.
