how do u make a pic to a jpeg?

i need to know how for my 360.

If you have a picture editing program on your computer, just open the picture up in that and click on the SAVE AS option...then choose to save it as a jpg. Most computers come already loaded with the Paint program...you can do it in there if you dont have any other picture editing program.
