Well every webcam can take pictures

just look around.

It depends what kind of camera you have.

Some cameras have a button at the back of them press that and it takes a still shot.

If you have a Labtec Webcam then go to

Start > All Programmes > Labtec Webcam > QuickCapture > Take Picture.

OR...

Start > My Computer > Double Click Your Webcam > Take A New Picture.

easy just go to windows movie maker the go to capture fro the device record your self taking poses and on the side where you watch the vids at you'll see this camera lookin icon click on that and you will have your pic
