McDonalds:  cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle, onion

Burger King: All the way, with cheese, no ketchup, no tomato

Whataburger: All the way, with cheese, no tomato

The best fast food burger EVER... McDonalds 1/4 lb w/ Cheese. DELICIOUS. lol but if i go to a restaurant I order it medium (light pink center). If it is a special burger with all kinds of stuff on it, I usually stop there so I don't ruin whatever taste was created. But if its a plain burger, I add cheddar cheese, yellow mustard, ketchup, and sometimes chopped raw onion. =)
