  1. Well, you clear your voice, look at them straight in the eye, and ask, "Hello, how are you?"

  2. I don't.  Talking to animals is a waste of time.  They cant understand nor can they talk back.  Besides, it is difficult enough talking with people.

  3. Become Dr. Doolittle

  4. Before an animal will pay attention to what you are saying to them, you must first become very peaceful in your mind and body, as animals can easily sense tensions in us, and this makes them cautious and sometimes afraid of us.

Bring harmony into your mind and body, and be very relaxed and the animal you are trying to communicate with will feel this energy coming from your body and not be afraid.

I am assuming that the animal you wish to communicate with is not a police dog, and with this said, then try to make eye contact with the animal.  Once you have eye contact, then stare at the animal for a couple of seconds and slowly blink both your eyes at them.  Hold your hand out to this animal with the palm up, so they can see that there is nothing in your hand and allow the animal to come to you, this might take a while, especially if they are wild animals in the first place, hopefully not a lion or a bear.

You really need to be shown how to do this, so if you are in an area of the country where there are Native American's, that practice this fine art, then I would suggest that you speak with one of them, they can show you how to communicate with animals, all animals and how to track them.

    Thank you and Good Luck

  5. Mostly with body language, but animals do recognize certain sounds, and some can learn to associate sounds with consequences.

For example, in training dogs, you can make any sound and associate that with specific actions -- like if you want the dog to understand when you're not happy with its behavior -- and they will learn to associate the sound with whatever action you usually take when making the sound. That's learned behavior.

Another example is imitating animals sounds. If you make fast, loud kissing sounds, squirrels will peak out and look your way, and, of course, there are many different types of animal and bird calling devices, mostly associated with mating.

But body language is very powerful when it comes to most mammals. Horse whisperers us body language extensively, and horses are very good at translating human postures into horse.

If you have a dog, you can try a few things. For example, when a dog wants to play, it will put its front paws in front of itself, head up but near the floor, and have its butt up. Then it will tend to bounce about. If you emulate that posture, your dog will see it as you wanting to play.

  6. sign language, that and telepathy
