How do u turn of passenger airbags in ford ka??

As a general rule of thumb, if the car has a backseat, then you can't shut off the front seat airbags because you can put the kids in the back. If it's a truck or other vehicle with no back seat, then there is usually a way to do it (usually a place on the dash where you lock or unlock with the ignition key).

And if they are safety airbags, then I don't know whether it is possible to actually turn them off.

Removing the fuse will create an open circuit in the system. The light will come on indicating a fault in the system and NONE of the airbags will not deploy...even in an accident.
