How do u upload a picture you drew?

you mention printer, if it is new 3in1 printer/fax/scanner, use the scanner tool to edit in program, save as jpg,

if you have digital camera, take high quality image and transfer to computer with usb port,

then if you meant upload to online album, you could use flickr or others, possibly deviantART for drawings

Either scan or photograph it.

You can use a scanner (or try taking a photograph, but that won't look as good), and then upload to a website like photobucket or imageshack.us.
