i started plucking those pesky hairs about a year ago. I plucked them about twice, and they grow back slower and slower each time. i havnt plucked them in sence then, not only do i have 2 eyebrows now, but they look pretty good, and natural without being all bushy and formed into one...lol hope i helped. its probably the safest way to. or try waxing, waxing is actually better in my opinion, but i think plucking actually makes the hairs in the middle stip growing all together, and its free. just b careful not to pluck the wrong hairs..
