How do u wear out your skateboard?

my new board is very slippery ( not grip tape) wen u stand on it u ususally fall to a side because it rolls a lot. is there any way i can fix this by wearing it out maybe or some thing?

  1. if you mean when you lean the wheels come up and it flips over then your kingpin is probably to tight,if when you lean it rocks to much then its to loose , the way you fix that is to get a skate tool(usually from a skate shop) and tighten or loosen the bi nut between the wheels on the trucks and as for wearing it down just go skate


  2. i think i understand what ur saying. its like leaning to one side or another and not staying stable right? what u need to do is tighten the kingpin(the large bolt on the trucks) not to tight but enough for it to be stable. youll need an adjustable wrench or 9/16 ratchet.

    what part of it 'slips' cause if its not the griptape, and your just standing on it, then the bearings are just super fast?

  5. Sand paper you dont want it like rough because then your screwed olieing trust me

    i know from experiance dont rip it up completley
