How do u work it?

Question

I downloaded movies onto this thing, but when I push on the movie icon, it says no files added? How do I download the movies onto it and actually get them to play. The manual is no help at all. It doesn't tell you how to use each feature. What kind of manual doesn't tell u how to use its product?
