How do universities look at your marks? do they weigh grade 12 marks more than grade 11?

i heard that its cumulative but what does that mean?

i think cumulative is just everything together .. like if you were to take a cumulative test for math at the end of the year its everything from either that semester or the whole year that you learned in math for that one test
