How do unlock and delete a locked file? (For a MAC)?

I went to a website and a anti-spyware program downloaded its self to my computer and now I can't delete it, because the file is locked.

I don't have apple care.

right click on the program. then press "get info"

there should be a box that says "lock"

uncheck it and then drag the whole program into the trash can.
