How do we amend, repeal or introduce new policy ourselves without the use of lobbiest?

  1. Hmmmm...  "interference" by the people who you have elected to do the job you are talking about.  Perhaps a better solution is to elect a legislature that does it's job and that pays closer attention to individual voters instead of lobbiest that represent groups of voters.  

    From my point of view a similar questions would be "How do we  as a people enforce the laws without the interference of the police?"  In short, there is a system in place, make it work, instead of making a new one.


  2. You can write the politician who could help your cause the most. I did. I wrote the Boren Act that turned into the family time that people (male and female) get off work for family needs.

  3. It depends on the states.  Maine for example has a law where the citizens can file petitions and get a law placed on the ballot.  Then people vote on it, and if it passes it becomes law.  They can also petition against a new law and rescind it.  This is only states though, we don't have any way to do that federally.

  4. Same way as the Spanish did by taking to the streets of Madrid, in; vast numbers.
