  1. Wire the router direct to your mainline incoming power and baby you can make ALL the right moves on the dance floor.


  2. you need a normal  110 volts to run a router ..

      single phase   only .... it a good idea to only run this machine by it self . as its has a motor built in ....

         so u need a 20 amp breacker    110 volts

  3. If you don't know, you shouldn't be messing with it,

    but, In the U.S.:

    1. Look at the nameplate on the router.

    It will give you voltage and ampere draw and/or Watts.

    If the voltage is 120. You need a single pole breaker.

    If it's 240, you need a two pole breaker.

    (You won't need a 3 pole unless it's a very large machine, and any place with 3 phase power will have a maintenance staff to do this for you.)

    The ampere load will determine the trip rating of your breaker, and the wire size needed.

    There are simply too many ways to s***w up and hurt yourself or start a fire trying to do this job.

    Hire a pro.
