Our Anger thought often communicate messages to us, they do these in two ways first they whisper in our ear so that we are hearing it, second way in which our thought show us is by physically arranging for us to feel it, this skillful communication is Anger thought and the feeling from the effect of Anger thought should be faced.

When we see the first sign of Anger thought otherwise bad feeling that tend to drag us down, instead of letting feeling have their way, we must try to notice our thought.

  1. I think supressing any feeling is hard but when it comes to anger then deep breathing and excercise can help. I jog or fast walk and when I want to clear my head sitting by the sea  clears your mind .all can refocus your attentions. But I think the only way is to try to stop the thought in the first place be calm and try not to let the anger bother you, take life as water off a ducks back and let it slide.


  2. You can't really control your feelings only suppress them. They usually come out eventually anyway.

  3. First breath, second breath, then third breath again.
