  1. When you find out, let me know, please!!

    Good question!

  2. By not dwelling on the past. You can't expand anything or flow into new experiences if you're weighed down by past unresolved issues.

  3. ELIMINATE THAT WHICH TIES DOWN THOUST LEGS.

  4. Step back and see life more as a game. You can practice this by deliberately going out on some limbs where it doesn't really matter. For example, invent a new persona for yourself, go to a different town where you're not going to be recognized and act the part. It's fun and it gives you perspective to not take things so seriously.

  5. Learn to have faith in yourself in knowing your reaction and ability to handle new and different experiences.

  6. Just take a deep breath and jump right in. (Oh, and make sure there's someone around to toss you a life jacket, just in case the water's deeper than you expected.)

  7. I'm not sure that you completely can.  But just try to keep 'pushing' yourself into new experiences and situations.  They won't always work out the way you thought, but you'll always learn something from them.

As the man said, "Git 'r done." ☺
