  3. There are a few different ways, the shape of the leaves or the petals the height, sometimes even the colour can give it away

  4. Identification is determined by physical characteristics such as how the plant reproduces (seedless or seed plants), the structure of the plants (vascular plants having specialized fluid conducting tissues or non-vascular tissues), flower structure, leaf structure, seed type, where the plants grow, etc.

  5. Some of the ways you can distinguish between them are the climate they grow in, the soil they grow in, how many leaflets they have, if they have leaves(cacti don't, for example), if they have flowers, there are probably more but that was all I could think of.
