How do we download files from rapidshare?

I have some download links from rapidshare and the password too. But the rapidshare homepage shows just the upload field. Please state how we can download files from rapidshare step by step.

first, copy the link and paste in the address bar,

then click whether you are free user or premium user,

if free user, then wait the required amount of time, click download

if premium, then log in the premium account

save the file, not run

then use the file
