lol sorry iw as kinda drunk so i will take it as if it were  a serious questions..

u go to yahoo.com or hotmail.com and open a free email account.  after you sign up you then put the email you want to send an email to in the (to:) field... the subject or title of your email in the Subject: field and your message.

so to send the email its liek this:

to: [e-mail]

subject: the title of the email

and then your message ...
