How do we expect anybody to take us seriously ?

Now I am a conservative not a republican and I am against the invasion of Iraq. Now How can anybody expect russia to take Bush seriously when he tells them not to invade Georgia when he invaded Iraq?

Frankly, there isn't even a remote connection.

We went into Iraq to take control of WMDs.

Russia invaded Georgia ostensibly due to ethnic Ossentians. However, there are major oil and natural gas pipelines going through Georgia - right where the Russians are sitting. Interesting, eh?

I learned a long time ago not to care about what other countries think about us. Why should we care?

There's no connection. US invaded Iraq ostesibly in terms of several UN Declarations from the time of the Gulf War. S. Ossetia had adegree of independence from Georgia, guaranteed by Russia. Georgia tried to end that and Russia intervened,

wait a min bush been 2 for 2 with his threats he said two times he was invading both iraq and afghanistan  what ever russia and georgia is beyond what we all know about the news its ethnic rivalries since god knows when its same as Shiites hate the sunnis since muhammad death its there for a while you gotta realize russia is part of nato and georgia is an ally what would you do if both key ally's are in war?????
