Who is he anyways?  He acts like everyone should already know who he is!  I can't stand him either and I think you are right, it is his voice that is so irritating.

What? Are you putting a pool together to hire a hit man? Every time I hear that commercial (as I reach for the remote and hit mute ASAP), I think, Billy, you look like such a nice guy, but your voice is so annoying!!
