How do we get rid of dead skunk smell?

My idiot boss decided to trap a family of skunks under our office which is an old house and now they have died and are trapped under the house. The smell is UNBEARABLE- a cross between death and a 100 skunks that have sprayed. Does anyone know how we can stop the smell from eminating into the house? They seem unable to get under the house to remove the carcasses. We need to work but it is just unbearable, neausea, headaches and burning stinging eyes are what I am faced with everyday. Any suggestions?

It is never impossible to get under a house.  They may have to dig a small trench to crawl along or cut a trap hole in the floor.

Your boss has to remove the dead bodies and then treat the area for smell.  I have used ServiceMaster to remove cat urine smells in foreclosed houses.

Surely the cages/traps can be retrieved. even if you need to hire the people who follow pipes with a small camera, someone can get a hook on this mess.

And for the remaining odor:

bowls of powdered activated charcoal and baking soda, all the recipes for removing skunk smell from dog fur,  enzyme cleaner for dog urine removal, an ozone machine for the living area to deactivate the scent with oxygen, time, peroxide, or hire the guy who gets the smell of a fire out of your home... good luck!

I've heard tomato juice removes skunk smell, but you MUST get rid of the dead bodies to get rid of 'death' smell.

Otherwise, you will be smelling this for many, many months until they completely decompose.
