Roll them to the edge of your property closest to the street and put a FREE sign on them.

Post them on freecycle or craigslist, guaranteed someone will take them!

We here in the Southwest have more boulders than we know what to do with them, but most of us just incorporate them into our landscape.  They help keep the nearby plants warmer in the colder months, and some ground-creeping plants will grow over them, disguising them from most viewers.

Like others said, place them by the side of your street with a "free!" sign and the boulders will be gone quickly.

Or...you can take them to a stream area or outside the city limits and "abandon" them there.  The boulders along the river can act as a water-retaining device or used by hikers to cross over.

Perhaps a landscaper would find use for them?

a small local paper will likely let you place a free ad if you are giving them away.  Also post on craigslist...boulders are VERY expensive to buy so if you give them away, they will be gone in 2 seconds flat!

Look in your yellow pages for companies that sell stone.  Many use large stones for landscaping and may be willing to come dig out yours at no cost if you let them have the stone for their own use.
