  1. The actual process varies from state to state. For Instance, in Ohio, you can recall a Senator or Representative, but then you have no representation until the next regularly scheduled election for that position, by Ohio laws, which is awkward. Some other states have variations from full statutes to replace, to no process at all. The straightforward way is DO NOT FORGET, when the next scheduled election for that person who is NOT representing you properly comes around, and work to insure others do not forget, and the person is NOT re-elected. If the person is re-elected, you have the representation you deserve.

  2. Illinois had a vote on a recall provision because of Gov. Blago, but it was blocked because the measure was expanded to ALL executive offices in Illinois.

  3. well all you to do is catch them with a little boy or dead girl

  4. Th House of Representatives would need to impeach, followed by a Senate trial.

Unless you have evidence of criminal activity, impeachment won't happen.  If you DO have evidence of criminal activity, you should forward it to the DoJ.

If you just don't like a Senator, you should work to oppose his or her reelection.

  5. Come November, the entire House will be up for re-election, as will 1/3 of the senate.  So, um, get out there and campaign.

  6. Don't you know? Citizens are powerless to do anything with this government. We are all too busy fighting each other to make real change. So I suggest you get your kicks before the whole sh*thouse goes up in flames!

  7. i say throw em all out and lets start over!!! they all suck!!
