  1. always bath before u sleep on the bed. change your bed sheet once a week. you can kill them with a hair dryer if your place hardly see sunshine.

  2. There are two things you can do, one is to call an exterminator with bed bug experience, but to treat a bed bug infestation is very very expensive. the only other thing you can do is to throw away the mattresses and get new ones, and it has to bed all of them because if one bed has them the others do as well. I had the same problem with a bed I bought for my daughter at a garage sale. We ended having to get rid of all the mattresses and buying new ones.

  3. Bedbugs do not eat our skin, the suck our blood.

An exterminator will help and provide a chemcial solution to the problem.  You can also be part of the solution by applying an on-chemcial solution like the ones foudn onlien that are enzyme based and work to dissolve the exoskleotn of the bugs onto which they are sprayed.  This is especially effective when the bugs you are battling are chemical rsisstent which is happening more and more often.

likely a combination of the two approaches will be your best answer.  The nice thing about the non-chemical approach is that it is safe for you to use around kids, pets, on your mattress etc.

    Good luck.

  4. Phone your local health department and ask them what they advise.  There must be some way to fumigate your bedding without getting rid of it all.  Obviously your sheets, pillows etc. can be washed with a strong disinfectant or something but you need help with the mattresses/bases [if you have bases].

  5. What I understand about bed bugs is that they come to the bed at night to feed from the walls/crevices from which they live. Sometimes, you'll still find them in your bedding. Heat kills the bugs. Throw your bedding (which can't be washed in hot water) in the dryer to kill the bugs. In order to rid your home of the population, you'll need to call an exterminator to fumigate your home. I would get his suggestion about mattress replacement.
