  1. You can feel it. You have many feelings but there are really only 2 good feelings or bad. When you feel good you are on the right path. When you feel bad like you are brushing up against the wall just take control of your steering & get centered & you are on you path again.

  2. when your family and friends worry and ask about you and you do the same you will understand

  3. fact is..you dont knw. only god knows. and another fact is..your not SUPPOSE TO knw so sitting here analyzing whether or not ur on the right path is wasting ur time..what if ur not? ull NEVER knw and the only way u knw is by the choices you make and steps u take. so my advice...continue to walk..dont stop to smell the flowers, they die and bloom again anyway theyll always bethere whereas...u can get hit by a car.. an die.

ohhh thatd be the end of ur walk

    lol

  4. "The Path of the Higher Self," Mark Prophet,

"The Path of Virtue," Jonathan Murro, and

"Testimoy of Light," Helen Greaves, are helpful.

  5. There are definitely right or wrong paths. Every religion believes that their path is the most correct one. Whatever beliefs you stand for and practice need to be good for you and especially for others. The path of cruelty toward others and doing things that are harmful to yourself mentally and physically is definitely wrong. Indifference is wrong. You know you're living the right path if you are constantly putting others and their needs first. 'What would Jesus do?' is a good question to ask yourself in any situation.

  6. If you wish no ill will towards others, provide for your family, strive to better yourself whilst never fully succumbing to ones vices nor judging others - then you're on the right path.

  7. You will know because:

    1.  You are happy

    2.  Nobody hates you.

    3.  You are financially stable because of a clean living way.

    4. You have a happy family.

Most important is you have a god fearing heart that is why you know you are in the right path of your life.

  8. There is no right or wrong path. Every path is perfect. Only your subjective experience can make it right or wrong.

  9. If it feels right.

  10. ...am i happy yes...its good enough for me...can't speak for the others...

  11. By what makes you happy, make some mistakes, some good and bad decisions.

Then you will find out what makes you comfortable with yourself and therefore those around you!

it takes a long time though, I`m 51 , i think i have just got it sorted now!

  12. I don't know if we can ever know if we are on the right path. I stay on the path I have chosen because it has made me a more peaceful and happy person.  All the time I am feeling better.  Even when my outward circumstances are terrible I am at peace.  If my path is not "right" at least it is helpful to me and the people I help along the way.

  13. Truthfully, we don't.  We judge our lives based on the popular believe of what is right and wrong.  In reality, the judgment is a false concept we create for ourselves to feel accepted and loved.  Many people I have known go out of their way to help people, not for the sake of the person(s) in need, but to feel that they have made an accomplishment that people will accept and view as acceptable behavior.  There is no right or wrong in the true nature of the human race, it's only in the illusion of substantialness.

  14. I think you may be able to tell by how much joy you have. Or maybe, by the joy to suffering ratio. If it's greater than 1, you're at least leaning in the right direction.

  15. From the nomadic life to the present life, the ways of living has changed. From hunter food gatherers we have become educated knowledge gatherers. With knowledge comes wisdom. With circumstances and survival  came a set of values which allowed a successful progress to provide a comfortable standard of living to continue. These values became religious preachings.Since many became successful  individuals it must be right. So follow the life style of such people and you will be following the right path.

If your parents are successful then follow their path
