Earth is a planet, not a living thing. The phrase "mother  earth" is poetical, not literaly; there's no such "person."

Thus, it makes no sense to talk about Earth being "tired" or not.

If you're looking for ways to have less environmental impact, there are all sorts of websites on that. consume less; pollute less are what they all boil down to.
