  1. Judgments are based on values. But what do you mean "how"?

Are you asking by what rational process? It is epistemological.

Are you asking by what conceptual basis? It is metaphysical, that is, everything we judge has a metaphysical value in our hierarchical structure of values.

Your Q is too vauge to go much further than this answer.

  2. well ,not by the looks cos u never know what's underneath the skin(Cliche). and it's better we dont judge people cos how would someone feel if he/she us judged the same way they used to judge?..it's all in the head, what good is it going to do by judging? well there are certain places where u can judge, when it comes to reading peoples mind! but not their personality.

pure and clean and accurate judgments can be made only if we have the proper tools, like wisdom and understanding of the world!..it's hard to possess everything together, but with constant practice making use of the inner mind, i believe certain things are possible!

  3. I would have to say, that to make any-kind of judgment, you just have to listen to all sides of an story / argument, etc, etc, and way up all the pros+cons, (positives+negatives), etc, etc, and make up own minds on what we hear, see, etc, etc, therefor make we make judgments...
