ishah namaz is four rakaa, start with thakbeerathul ihram (allahu akbar), recite fathihah loudly, then few verses from the quraan loudly, go to rukoo saying allahu kabar, pray subhanakallahumma rabbana wabihamdikallahumma gfirlee 3 times, rise up saying  samihallahu liman hamida, pray rabbana lakal hamd, go to sujood saying allahuakbar, pray subhanakallhumma rabbana wabihamdikallahumma gfirlle 3 times, say allahu akbar and sit in between, pray allahumma gfirllee, varhamnee, vajburnee, varfahnee, varzuknee, va aafinee, go to sujood again saying allahu akbar, repeat the prayer in the first sujood again 3 times, stand up saying allahu akbar, repeat fathihah, followed by few verses and all that until you finish the 2 sujood; then say allahu akbar and sit there for the first thasahhud, pray athahiyyathul mubarakathu ssalavathu lillahi assalamu alaika ayyuhannabiyyu varahmathullahi vabarakathuhu assalamu alaina va ala ibadillahi swaliheen,  ashhadu an la ilaha illallahu va ashahdu anna muhamadan rasolullah

then stand up saying allahu akbar, recite fathihah (not loudly now and also no other verse from quraan is recited here as in the first two rakkaa), go to rukoo saying allahu akbar and continue the 3rd rakaa and complete it by the 2 sujood as in the 2 rakaa, then rise up fro the 4 th rakaa and repeatb the same and complete it. after the 2nd sujood pray last thashahud. for this recite the verses of ther first thashahhud first and complete the swalath as follows - allahumma  swalli ala muhammadin va ala ali muhammadin  kama swallaitha ala ibraheema va ala ali ibraheem, vabarik ala muhammadin va ala ali muhammadin kama baraktha ala ibraheema va ala ali ibraheema fil alameena innaka hameedun majeed. this is enough

one can pray also - allahumma gifirlee ma qaddamthu vama akharthu vama asrarthu vama aalanthu vama asrafthu vama antha aalamu bihi minnee innaka anthal muqaddimu va anthal muakhiru la ilaha illa antha allahumma innee auudubika min adabil qabari vamin adabi nnar. vamin fithnathil mahya val mamathi vamin fithnathil maseehi ddajjal.

then say assalamu alikum va rahmathulla and turn your head towards right side, then repeat the same to the left side. now you have completed the fardh prayer of isha. (the same is true for dhuhr and asar, except that the quraan recitation in the first 2 rakaa of these 2 prayers should not be aloud). Then you can pray 2 or 4 rakaa sunnath as you wish.
