Question:

How do we remove Supreme Court Justices who have clearly turned traitor to this nation?

The prisoners at Gitmo were caught in the act of killing Americans - at least the two I sent there were. Many have admitted their guilt. Many who were released go right back to killing Americans. The Supreme Court majority ruling in the decision declaring these demons are really just common criminals is insane. I'm very close to saying it poses a clear and present danger to the United States of America and branding them a domestic threat to the Constitution. How do we get rid of these bums?

  1. They're appointed for life, sorry.

  2. I know, i feel the same way...!

but you know, now I want us to be attacked again, I want another horrible attack on our soil, so when that happens , we can point the finger at those liberal morons that are leaving us more and more undefended and say aloud "traitors"...and hang them all!

    I am so pissed!

    the idiots!

  3. I'll bet ya five bucks if one of those terrorists had said the target of flight 93 (that crashed in Pennsylvania) was the U.S. Supreme Court Building, today's ruling would've been 9-0 keep those terrorists locked up forever!

  4. u can't.

unless u kill them, but i don't advise that.

  5. The only way to remove them is for congressional impeachment, trial, and removal from office.  The Democrat controlled congress would never do that.

  6. They held up to the oaths that they took, to interpret the Constitution as well as protect it.

    They take an oath also:

According to Title 28, Chapter I, Part 453 of the United States Code, each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath:

"I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.''

I am not happy when guilty go free, I am enraged when one innocent is put in chains.

It is a tough call, I guess that is why it was a 5/4 split. The President goofed up, is a complicated matter that I still do not fully understand.

  7. Congress holds all of the cards here.  I am wondering if, since these enemy combatants are now shielded under the Constitution, do our soldiers have to fear undue search and seizures, do they have to obtain arrest warrants?

I am betting you will see many smart enemy combatants surrendering, just so they can be freed by our "justice" system.

  8. You won't get rid of any of them unless they drop dead or retire. It's not likely any will retire either. Yes, they pose a danger.....siding with the terrorists must really make Muslims happy. How stupid can we be?

  9. This is a nation of laws and Bush was making his own laws as he went along in his Presidency. Bush was wrong. Supreme Court did the correct thing.

  10. The only way to remove a suppreme court justice is to impeach them but you need a valid reason.

  11. "It follows from what I have said that Hamdi is entitled to a habeas decree requiring his release unless (1) criminal proceedings are promptly brought, or (2) Congress has suspended the writ of habeas corpus." - Justice Antonin Scalia in Hamdi v. Rumsfeld (2004). Yep, another bleeding heart liberal who thought that a terrorist should get a Writ of Habeus Corpus. If you want to start removing Justices, may I request starting with him?

  12. What they did was tragic to our nation and a slap in the face to victims of 9/11 (which is the entire country).

  13. Unfortunately Just Me is correct.  The forkin liberals are dancing in the street at this bit of judicial activism.

  14. They should be boycotted by all service and product providers. Start a campaign to shun all internal traitor lawyers. No one sells them food, cars, repairs their heaters in winter, nor their cancers. Send a message to these internal traitors.

  15. You don't.  The gig is for life for a reason.  They aren't supposed to be swayed by the fear of removal.

  16. What might help you is if you read the Decision upon Hearing that was handed down.  Sometimes the judges will make a decision that sound just like total c**p, however when you read the reasoning and law behind it, you can see why an unpopular decision was made.  I agree that the terrorists in Guantanamo do not warrant a lot of sympathy, however this country does have a set of rights and standards that do apply to everyone under its' jurisdiction.  If you were thrown in jail for what ever reason, you would want your rights too.  If these people were not given the same rights as you or I, the judges would make a ruling that sounds like it is in their favor.  The judges probably have no love for those people at all, however their duty is to uphold the law.  Yes, it probably sounds cliche to you, but it really is important that our laws are upheld.  If you disagree with our laws, you can lobby to change them.  However I have rambled on, as others have noted, justices are in for life at the appointment of the president.

  17. If it were me..I would just take their statements as advisement..since when do judges decide when combatants have rights during wartime conflicts. This outrages.....as far as I am concerned they can say what ever they want..but it has no relevance.
