  1. Dig in to Naga Morich, or Ghost Chili, of Bangladesh. It'll be a while before you can get the kick out of it in your system. Even milk cant take away the spiciness. That sure will numb your taste buds for a few hours.

    After the effect...every thing you try is heavenly! Even jalapenos!=D

    Enjoy!=D

  2. Raw mango.

    Indian lime pickles.

    Fresh tamarind.

    Anything sour usually scintillates taste buds.

  3. try bagoong na may kalamansi & sili, this really give me a prep for a nice meal

    pickled papaya does wonders too

    ensaladang hilaw na mangga

    steamed camote tops, with calamansi & soy sauce

    there's this famous Thai Salad called Som Tam, shredded raw papaya or mango,, with raw shrimp or freshwater crabs, tomatoes, chili, onions and other Thai spices, then mixed in a bowl and crushed. sure appetizer, the hotter the better

  4. It doesn't have to be hot. Salt, sweet, sour and another sense that the Japanese discovered that gives a rich feeling all can scintillate our taste buds. I love trying extremes in dishes. I like you question and this line of thinking.

  5. For ladies, such as yourself dear lady,  drink your morning tea.

    For me and JB (that's JongBong, not Jaime Berenguer) we'd stick to our ritual of beer.
