Can you plz tell me about an experimentto confirm that coconut or mustard "is" a fat.

Coconut has a high fat content.  Mustard is the product of ground mustard seeds, and vinegar.  No fat.  The high fat content of coconut can be displayed by the way dried specimen of the meat will provide fuel that will support a flame.
