How do we solve crime in our neighborhoods?

No one wants to be seen in action by a camera. You and your neighbors can mount cameras on your houses pointed in the streets and in various places that have known negative activity. It won't be cheap to do this but it works.

The other thing you can do is start a neighborhood watch program with your local Police department. They will post signs in your neighborhood and it will deter negative activity just because these thugs will assume they are being watched and or reported.
