How do we transfer sims2 objects into sims2?

I download objects from sites but I dont know how to transfer all my stuff to sims2..is there a way to do that..if someone know..PLZZ LEY ME KNOW..!??I keep looking for this..but none sites explain how..and its getting soo annoyinng..soo PLZZZZ someoneee???!! :D :D

    my documents > ea games > sims 2 > downloads
