How do women eggs look when they come out the body ?

you can't see the egg when it comes out of a womens body because it disslove once it breaks the membranes that hold the blood in the uterus.  I believe it's the size of the end of a needle. the pointy end.  you can always look in a biology text book to see what it might look like in the human body.

They are tiny and you would never see them among everything else. There is something that might be in your future that you might want to be aware of though. It is called blood clots. They are not dangerous but they sometimes are big and fleshy/bloody looking. They happen more often when you get older. It is just the shedding of the uterine lining and you don't have to worry that it is a miscarriage or something.

The human egg is about the same size as the dot left on a piece of paper when you touch it lightly with a sharp pencil.

You can just barely see it with the naked eye if you have one on the point of a pin or needle, but otherwise, they're practically invisible.
