How do women walk in high heels?

Ladies i love women.You all are so amazing how you give birth and can do so many things that men cant do.You can all do amazing stuff with your hair and everything but another thing that gets me is how do women walk in high heels? It is amazing how women can walk in them like its nothing.To me it seems like it would be very hard.Is it hard for you to walk in big heels and is it just a female skill or does it take practice?
