How do women with pcos get pregnant? does it just take them longer?

i am just wondering as i have a friend who has pcos and she got pregnant without even trying. how does this happen? how long can it take for them to get pregnant?

but i had pcos and now im on treatment to come our pregnant=)

i have pcos..

i tried for 8 years and did three rounds of clomid. then i got a divorce one night a condom broke and boom i am pregnant now. go do the math. when it is time i guess that is when you get pregnant.

Not all women with PCOS are infertile.  Some ovulate normally. Some ovulate less frequently, but are fertile when they do ovulate.
