How do wrestler's like John Cena, Triple H, Batista, Kane, etc gets to popular?

because of the exposure, title reigns, merchandise  & advertisements/promotional activities provided by the wwe to shove them in everybody's ***ses..

WWE gives them pushes. And then they make people like them by selling merchandise and other stuff. Then they get a lot of fans. And I guess that is the way they get soo popular. =]

i think the most effective way to make a wrestler popular is to turn him into a heel first. i think every wrestler who became famous all started out as the bad guy, and when they finally get a big rep, then the wwe turns them into face.

to prove it, all the wresters you mentioned all started out as heel characters. there would probably be a few exceptions, like hogan or reyrey who have probably been face characters their entire careers.
