How do yo thin your hair?

i have really thick hair, and i like JUST got it cut, but the stupid@ss lady didnt thin it enough, and my mom wont take me back to make her redo it lol.. so how do i make it thinner by myself?

Why won't your mom take you? They will probably do it for free.. won't cost you anything!  I wouldn't attempt to thin it by myself if I were you!!

the same thing happened to me!!

i just used a razor and "shaved" it i guess you could say.

it makes it more layery.

but it's kind of bad for your hair :/

Well I had the same problem; Thick hair. And i got my hair dresser to layer it loads and cut the ends to the same length. This made my hair much thinner.

Don't use a razor yourself!  It's not sharp enough and will ruin the elasticity of your hair.  Either try to go back and have her fix it with her razor or get some thinning or texturizing shears.

thinning it our yourself is a bad idea. but basically, just giving it more layers will thin it out =]

take scissors, open them up upside down and skim your hair with them upside down.

Don't do this yourself.  It's just a bad idea.  You'll s***w up your hair and then you'll really have to go back to the salon.  JUST DON'T.
