How do you, and how do you find out how much it would cost, to ship aquatic frogs?

Fill a container with water or just moist moss? What is the best method(UPS, etc.) of shipment, and do you actually have to go somewhere to ask how much the shipping would run or is there a special website?

You ship aquatic frogs just like fish... in a shipping bag about 1/3 full of water, 2/3 of air.  You double-bag, put the bag in a styrofoam lined box and ship it express.  You can use USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.  Doesn't really matter... but USPS will be the cheapest.

You can make your own styrofoam boxes or see if you can find a medical lab, vet or pet store somewhere that can give you one they have lying around.  There's a lot of info about shipping fish out there, so no worries.  The first time is always nerve-racking... but I'm sure the frogs will be fine!
