How do you ADD FRIENDS on 360?

Question

I don't mean the "invite friends" one where you send emails. I mean the one where you add Friends (from Y/A) to your blog. It's not under my picture.I've looked EVERYWHERE and tried EVERYTHING..people have tried to help me find it on YA..but I still can't find ADD FRIENDS. Why is it hidden? Others have it. PLEASE help me!!

under his/her photo u can see the "add friend"
