How do you make boders around the pictures on Adobe Photoshop 6?

  1. You should also be able to make borders around the picture with the stroke option.  

    Make sure your photo is selected with the marching ants.  Or you can go to select>select all.  Then, click on edit>stroke, and select the color / size that you want.  I like to use a black border around 4 pixels.

  2. 1. Open your image in the editor.

    2. Click IMAGE > CANVAS SIZE

    3. In the Canvas Size window Check/Tick the RELATIVE box

    4. Type in the width of the border that you need ( The default is cm )

    5. Choose your canvas extension ( Border ) colour.

    6. Click OK.
