  1. I get Massages, meditate and if that doesn't work eat ice cream! Though I have found that crying does wonders also.


  2. I'm a gamer, so I usually find a game that I know I can beat, and I just go nuts on it.  Other than that, I listen to my music and write stories, or chat online.

  3. I like to play drums really really loud... it gets frustration out for me at least.

  4. Chocalate, sexual activity, and sports, are the only three things which lead to the release of endorfins, which are chemicals which make you happy, more cheerful, and they sort of fight stress.

    try also some relaxtion, a warm bath, easy-listening(music) etc.

    do not worry too much, keep your work problems at work, do not think about them when you are at home.

    try to solve things rather than panick about them.

    "tomorrow" is always a day away so when you are too busy, just leave some things for tomorrow.
