The NFL and Cable companies are fighting over the NFL Network being put on Basic Cable or A Premium Channel.

There's a couple of ways to find that out.  You can go directly to the source data, at www.fec.gov, and search the disclosure database.  There, you'd want to search for individual donors who are ComCast executives, and for PAC donors related to ComCast.  I'm not sure if there's a website that's pre-researched the executives, but www.opensecrets.org will have already researched the FEC disclosure database to see if the company's got a PAC, and have that data on a nicer-formatted webpage.
